Multi Use Dryer
Various tea manufactuirng process is combined in one machine.
Parching, Primary roast tightening, Roast tightening, Stop fermenting, Roasting are available in one machine.
- Wide range of settings (Burner temp. Drum rotation, Fan volume) are available.
- The burner temp. setting can be controlled either exhuast temp. or pan temp.
- Fan can be chosen from suppy or exhust air and an external connection is also available.
- It is smoothly dicharged by inclining the dryer using an air sylinder.
- Heat source is using gas and a safey device installed for the burner.
- Operation can be adjusted while watching the tea in the process by using a touch-pannel.
- It is desgined for same size with a drum type withering machine thus withered leaf can be processed without extras.
- Tea process data is corresponding to cloud service. (Option)
