Band Type Dryer
Provides wide drying area in a compact form!
- As the conveyer belt of each layer can perform 2 reciprocating drying processes with 1 layer, a wide drying area vis-à-vis drying volume is obtained, realizing a compact and space-saving structure.
- Materials are fed to the upper layer of dryer through the conveyer from the hopper, and flow to the removal window at the bottom of the drying chamber. Heat source can be selected from Class A heavy oil, kerosene, LP gas, municipal gas, steam, electric heater, etc.

The inside of the conveyer belt is also used for drying to ensure a wide drying area.
Collecting dusts
Dust collecting unit is installed at the lower level of inside the dryer and continuosly discharging it to outside.
Rotation valve at discharging area.
A rotation valve is installed for taking out only materials and it affects to increase ventilation efficiency.
