Drying test of foods are avalable

A dryer test machines are available. To find out best condition of the materials thorough the sterilization test and we make a best proposals base on the results. The test can be chosen from using 30cm x 30cm trial kit to a small actual dryer. It is free for small amount of the test. Please feel free to contact us. We provides you a test report with details such as sterilization conditions with the chart and photos. In addition, we work out a sterilization simulation and a proposal drawing based on the results for you.

Confirmation items of Drying Test

• Moisture of materials, at preprocessing, after drying.
• To confirm ease of drying “drying effciency”.
• To confirm appropriate hot air, hot air volume.
• To confirm effectiveness of preprocessing “cutting, steam”.
• To confirm adherance of dried materials, effectiveness of loosening and stirring. (To make sure not to chunk due to drying)
